Within minutes of Ocean Oaks apartment homes, you'll find Volusia Mall. The Pavilion at Port Orange is only two miles away.
Daytona Beach has more than 400 restaurants like Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba's Italian Grill. Tour the world-famous Daytona International Speedway, head over to one of the many golf courses or check out the Daytona Flea and Farmers Market, one of the largest in the U.S.

Our apartments are located in Volusia County School District. Local schools include Horizon Elementary, Silver Sands Middle and Atlantic High School. Nearby colleges include Keiser University, Stetson University, Palmer Chiropractic, Bethune Cookman University, Daytona State College, Florida State School of Medicine and Embry Riddle University.
